New Report from the Association for Women's Rights in Development (AWID)

The Fifth Ministerial Conference of the WTO ended in collapse on
14 September, 2003. How, if at all, has the international system
changed because of the negotiations, dialogue and actions that took
place at the Ministerial? And what does this outcome mean for women's
human rights, gender equality and development? This report addresses
these questions and describes the activities of gender equality advocates at this important event.

The report can be downloaded as a Word document from:
www.awid.org/cancun/index.html or send a message to: awid@awid.org
to request that a copy be sent to you as an email attachment.
