IANS is looking for serious, enterprising people for its desk and reporting.

Aspirants for the desk should have an excellent command over English, be fast and comfortable with both rewriting and writing and should have an enthusiasm for news, both national and international. IANS is a desk-driven organisation.

Aspirants for reporters should have good language skills and sound contacts in their area of specialisation or knowledge.
