Open Space Fellowships

Applications are invited for the Open Space Fellowships from young, dynamic individuals committed to building a more equitable, sustainable world. The fellowships are to be awarded to individuals in three different cities excluding Pune.

The OS Fellowships are full-time, 12-month fellowships carrying a monthly honorarium of Rs. 20,000, which is expected to cover all the costs of the proposed project as well as provide a small honorarium to the fellows in the course of the fellowship.

We are looking for individuals below 40 years with excellence in communications, teamwork and capacity-building. We are interested in applications that aim to build discourse on youth and social responsibility by documenting (and disseminating in creative ways) the lives and work of young social entrepreneurs in India on audio/video, in articles and photographs.

Applicants are invited to send in their CVs and a detailed proposal (500-1,000 words) on their proposed idea(s) for the OS Fellowship. The proposal should substantiate the relevance of the idea/process proposed, and detail strategies the applicant would employ to see the project to completion, including likely partners and networks in his/her city.
