NWMI member wins state award for mediapersons

Shamantakamani of the Bangalore chapter of NWMI has won an Honorary Award from the Karnataka Media Academy for her contributions to journalism.

Shamanta has been involved in print, radio and TV journalism besides producing and directing many documentaries. Some of these have won awards. She has also authored several books including a book on Raj Kumar and Yoga.
