• The last date to register with us for the Kolkata meet was 21 December 2005.

• New participants will have to make their own arrangement for
  accommodation etc. We have compiled together a list of guesthouses that have reasonable fares and are close to guesthouses where others are staying. There is also a registration fee for all. These details will be made available to you on request.
• Lunch for ALL participants will be borne by the Bengal network.
• Unfortunately, we wont be able to pick you up from the airport/railway station. You will have to make your own arrangements to reach the venue and accomodation centres.
• The Book Fair is from 25 January to 5 February. The Fair timing is usually from 2 pm to 7 pm. Weekends timings are 12 noon to 8 pm. We break early on both Feb 4 and Feb 5, so you will be able to visit the fair then.
• Early February is Spring and very pleasant. You may like to carry a light cardigan or shawl for early morning and late night nip in the air.
